Our department offers an undergraduate degree in Sport Management, a minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology, a graduate degree in Sport Science, as well as two accelerated programs: Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Sport Management to Master of Science in Sport Science - Sport Management track and Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Sport Management to Master of Science in Sport Science - Sport and Exercise Psychology track.

Bachelor of Science in Sport Management coursework focuses on the business of sport and is complemented by supporting courses
in business, management, accounting, computer technology, and sociocultural and behavioral
aspects of sport. Graduates are prepared to pursue careers in Marketing, Public Relations,
Sales, Sponsorship, Event Planning, Facility Management, Media, Sports Information,
Athletic Administration and Coaching in professional, amateur, educational and community
sport settings.
Undergraduate Minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology combines a core of coursework in sport and exercise psychology with supporting electives in psychology, kinesiology, and exercise science. As a professional discipline, those wishing to pursue careers in sport and exercise psychology may prepare to do so through the Sport and Exercise Psychology track in our Master of Science in Sport Science. Graduates of this program may use psychological strategies to enhancement the performance of athletes, coaches, athletes, officials, and parents at high school, collegiate, amateur and professional levels.
Accelerated BS in Sport Management to MS in Sport Science: Sport Management track allows undergraduate students with Junior standing and a 3.0 GPA to take up to 12 graduate credits. These credits count towards their required elective credits and carry forward to the graduate degree requirements. Students will be awarded their undergraduate degree upon completion of the BS in Sport Management requirements and continue directly into the MS in Sport Science: Sport Management track.

Master of Science in Sport Science is a 30-credit, fully online graduate degree with courses structured to allow you to complete the program in one calendar year or attend part-time. This program draws students from across the country and is ideally suited to those who wish to work as professionals in sport settings or who wish to enhance their current sport-related careers through advanced training.
