Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania is dedicated to following all state and federal financial aid refund polices and ensuring that students are receiving accurate refunds. In order to both comply with federal regulations and to provide accurate refunds, the University will process refunds after the add/drop period of each semester. Changes made to your student account for items such as housing, meal plan and course changes affect the billing process. This new refunding process will allow these changes to be updated on your student account and the correct refund amount can be disbursed. Refunds will be processed weekly thereafter.
