Lock Haven University and UPMC Susquehanna have announced a partnership that will provide important opportunities for health education to LHU students, UPMC employees and the local community.

Lock Haven University's Global Honor's Program Last Lecture Speaker Series will feature Dr. Beth McMahon, health science professor, at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 2 in the Willis Health Professions Building Auditorium, room 118, on the campus of LHU.

Brittany Cooley, a 2011 alumna from the Stephen Poorman College of Business, Information Systems and Human Services at Lock Haven University, recently returned to campus on April 3 to speak about mental health awareness.

"The Long Road to LGBTQ+ Equality in Pennsylvania," a traveling history exhibit that chronicles the efforts advocates have undertaken in the state to achieve full equality for LGBTQ+ people, opened at Stevenson Library on the campus of Lock Haven University on April 9 and will run through April 30.

The Lock Haven University Choir will hold its spring concert at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 30 at the Station Gallery, 2 E. Bald Eagle St., Lock Haven.
