The Lock Haven University physician assistant program will hold a 5K road race and 2-mile walk on Saturday, April 27 in the Poorman Commons pavilion on campus.

The Lock Haven University Public Health Club will host Dr. Darrell McBride, infectious disease physician at Geisinger Medical Center, for a presentation on preventative medication for HIV infection at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, in Greenberg Auditorium (room 105), Willis Health Professions Center, on the campus of LHU.

Lock Haven University senior, Dan McGonigal, is preparing for medical school in the fall, but his LHU education began when he took dual enrollment classes at the university's Clearfield campus as a senior at West Branch High School.
