Some students begin their studies in university with the plan to discover what they want to pursue as a career. Others, like Madalyn Dydynski, who is graduating this spring with a degree in business administration with a concentration in management and marketing, have known their whole lives what they were meant to do.


Lock Haven, Bloomsburg and Mansfield universities have received NCAA approval to proceed with their plan to retain a full complement of NCAA athletic programs on the campuses that currently host them.

On Aug. 5, Lock Haven University Sport Management student Ethan Walker worked the Pro Football Hall of Fame induction in Canton, Ohio.

For students considering a career in athletics, as a coach, manager, agent or director in a high school, college or minor or major league sports, Lock Haven University and Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) recently have completed an agreement that allows students who have earned an associate degree in sport management from LCCC to transfer seamlessly to LHU's bachelor's degree in sport administration.
