Lock Haven University held its fall 2019 Graduating Seniors' Art Show opening reception on December 11 in the Sloan Fine Arts Gallery and the artwork was on display Dec. 2-13.

Lock Haven University held its 18th annual student pottery sale on Dec. 12 and 13 in the LHU Art Annex. The sale featured nine LHU students' work as well as two local ceramic artists.

Two books by Lock Haven University professors recently been republished. "A Crossing of Zebras: Animal Packs in Poetry," illustrated by art professor Philip Huber and written by English professor Marjorie Maddox, originally published in 2009, is an animal book about collective nouns.

Lock Haven University's fall 2019 Graduating Senior Art Show will be on display from Dec. 2-13 in the Sloan Fine Arts Gallery. The show is open for free public viewing between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. An opening reception will be held from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11 in the gallery.
