In 2008, Lock Haven University received the designation of being an "All-Steinway School," following a generous donation of 22 Steinway pianos to the university by 1966 alumna and current vice chair of the LHU Council of Trustees, Margery Dosey, and her late husband, Dr. Seymour Krevsky.

Lock Haven University graduate Cameron Moore, of Sewell, New Jersey, landed a job with the Milwaukee Bucks in January 2021. He became an NBA champion a mere six months later, following the Bucks defeat of the Phoenix Suns in game six of the NBA Finals.

Lock Haven University recently celebrated homecoming week 2021 from October 19-24 in which numerous activities were held for students, faculty, staff, alumni and other members of the LHU and local community.

On Sept. 26, more than 90 donors and scholarship recipients attended Lock Haven University's eighth annual James C. Reeser Scholarship Brunch. The brunch, held in the Durrwachter Alumni Conference Center, is a commemoration of donor generosity and student success at LHU.
