Lock Haven University in partnership with the Clinton County Economic Partnership will host a Time Out and Open House at The Durrwachter Alumni Conference Center, on the campus of Lock Haven University, on Thursday, March 16^th, 2017.

Lock Haven University invites you to experience one of central Pennsylvania’s premier event locations. The Durrwachter Alumni Conference Center features the Poorman Ballroom, several conference rooms, as well as the Alumni Great Room. From small, intimate gatherings, to large corporate meetings or formal dinner functions, the Durrwachter Alumni Conference Center offers a range of options to fit the needs of both business and private events.

The Poorman Ballroom can accommodate 200-250 guests and can be divided into three sections for further customization. The Lovette Ballroom Balcony allows for additional seating with great views of the facility and surrounding landscape. The staff is highly trained to assist in every facet of your special event, be it a wedding, intimate family gathering, or formal corporate dinner. Ivy Lane Catering by Aramark offers diverse menu options, from breakfast, to hors D’oeuvres, dinner, and dessert.

The four conference rooms, board room, and optional multipurpose room are designed to accommodate any size gathering. Rooms are equipped with the latest in technology, including drop down screens, projector systems, and SMART technology.

Small business meetings, and large corporate functions can equally enjoy the full range of the facility’s amenities and close proximity to local hotels, restaurants, and two regional airports.

The Alumni Great Room features a stately fireplace and warm, inviting atmosphere. The full-service bar makes the room an ideal choice for evening cocktail hours. The adjacent Brown Family Patio offers a spectacular view of the mountains, making it the perfect spot for wedding day photos, or casual conversation.
