The Pennsylvania Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) provide entrepreneurs with the education, information and tools necessary to build successful businesses.The Lock Haven University SBDC was established in 1992, in order to promote growth, expansion, innovation, increased productivity and management improvement in existing small businesses in Clinton and Lycoming Counties. Small business owners or individuals interested in starting a small business in these areas are invited to request no fee assistance by contacting us.
The Lock Haven University SBDC provides consulting services and educational programs to entrepreneurs looking to start or grow their small business. SBDC consultants work with entrepreneurs in confidential, one-to-one sessions to help them with a range of business issues including testing a new business proposition, shaping a business plan, investigating funding opportunities, and much more.
