Lock Haven University and UPMC Susquehanna have announced a partnership that will provide important opportunities for health education to LHU students, UPMC employees and the local community.

The Lock Haven University Testing Center will conduct two more Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) General Tests during the fall semester. The next testing session will be held at 5 p.m. Monday, November 5 in the Testing Center.

AIDS Resource Gala

Lock Haven University health science professor, Dr. Rick Schulze, was recognized with the Visionary Leadership Award at the AIDS Resource 30th anniversary gala held at the Acacia Club in Williamsport this summer.

CIT Training

Lock Haven University faculty from The Stephen Poorman College of Business, Information Systems, and Human Services recently helped to deliver Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) to first responders in Clinton County.

LHU Solo Flight

AvSport of Lock Haven, the sport aviation school on the Piper Memorial Airport in Lock Haven, has announced that another of its primary students has achieved his first solo flight. Gerard Martorell, a professor of international business at Lock Haven University, recently demonstrated his competence to safely fly a Light Sport aircraft as its sole occupant, by viewing the campus from above.
