In September, Lock Haven University President, Robert Pignatello, participated in an initiative of his own making, in an effort to get to know some of the LHU staff and their specific job roles at the university more closely.

The Global Honors Program at Lock Haven University has launched a global theme initiative to focus on one issue of worldwide consequence each year and to engage the campus and community in productive discussions of substantive issues.

Artist Dave Kube's exhibit, "Counter Encounter," is on display in the Lock Haven University John Sloan Fine Arts Center Gallery through Friday, February 22.

Lock Haven University will host a Bit of Fit-A-Thon fundraiser from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, February 27 in the Student Recreation Center on the LHU campus.

On Saturday, February 2, approximately 80 Lock Haven University students, faculty and staff celebrated the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by volunteering their time toward service and civic activities during the first LHU MLK Day of Service event.
