Step 1: Faculty Creates an Event…Event Registration (link) Due March 21

To participate in the Celebration of Scholarship, we ask for each faculty member or sponsor to submit and event request.  That allows us to reserve facilities and setup the system to collect the names and titles of student or faculty participants.  Deadline for these is March 21!

Poster Sessions will again be in the Thomas Field House

Session 1: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM (primarily health and physical sciences)

Session 2: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM (primarily business, information and human services)

Session 3: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM (primarily liberal art and education)

Art and the Spoken Word will be in the PUB Multi-Purpose Room

Phi Kappa Phi Student Research Symposium will be in the  Robinson Hall of Flags

Other venues on request!

Step 2: Participants (student or faculty) register for “Created Event”… Participant Registration (link) DUE MARCH 28

Faculty/Sponsor can send the students the following link. The participant will select the Faculty/Sponsor's name from the list, the form will then display only the events you are sponsored. Participants can then enter their information (name and presentation title).

Please help us get the participants information into the system by March 28.

Step 3: Verify your participants have entered their Information ... Participant Registration Verification (link)

You will be able to see the information that is posted dynamically as the schedule is built!
