The Environmental Focus Group was established in 2006 in an attempt to make the natural world a larger part of LHU’s identity. In 2008 the group launched the online journal, The Hemlock. Since then 35 issues have been published, containing over 260 articles, poetry, book reviews, and photographs by faculty, staff, students, administrators, and members of the community. During the event light refreshments will be served, and a visual representation of past Naturalist Club photographs will be on display. This event is free and open to the public.
If you’re interested in contributing to The Hemlock, or if you’d like to be added to their mailing list, please contact Professor Bob Myers, email@example.com. Current and back issues can be found at www.lockhaven.edu/hemlock.
